This policy explains what information Q-Fábrica collects through qfabrica.com and its products — Q-Explorator and Q-Expert — why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Through the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), message and any file you choose to attach. Through the Q-Explorator download form, we collect your email address. If you subscribe to Q-Expert, our payment processor collects the billing information needed to process that subscription — we do not see or store your card details ourselves.
We use this information to respond to your message, send you the Q-Explorator download link, process and manage your Q-Expert subscription, and — where it applies — determine whether a completed year of Q-Expert qualifies you for a free Q-Explorator license under our current promotion. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, acting on our behalf. Q-Expert subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Neither is authorized to use your data for anything other than providing these services to us.
We keep contact and download form submissions only as long as needed to respond to them and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records. Subscription and billing data is kept for as long as your Q-Expert subscription is active, plus whatever period our payment processor or applicable law requires afterward.
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to the email address below and we'll act on it. If you're located somewhere with its own data protection law (Colombia's Habeas Data regime, the EU's GDPR, or similar), those rights apply on top of what's described here.
qfabrica.com does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Your language preference is saved locally in your browser (localStorage) so the site remembers it on your next visit — it never leaves your device. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated first.
If we make a meaningful change to how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We encourage checking back occasionally, especially before submitting a form.
