These terms govern your use of qfabrica.com and Q-Fábrica's products, Q-Explorator and Q-Expert. By downloading, installing or subscribing to either product, you agree to them.

Q-Explorator is a Windows application for exploring QVD files. Q-Expert is a visual canvas for building Qlik transformation flows, offered as a subscription once its Free/Pro/Team plans launch. Both are provided "as is" — we work to keep them reliable, but neither is guaranteed to be free of errors or interruptions.
Q-Explorator's free tier shows up to 10,000 rows per QVD file. A subscriber who completes one full year of paid Q-Expert service earns a Q-Explorator license removing that limit, permanently — it stays unlocked even if the Q-Expert subscription is later cancelled or not renewed. This applies to Q-Expert subscriptions started after this policy took effect; it is not retroactive. We may change or end this promotion for new subscribers at any time, but a license already earned is never revoked.
Q-Expert accounts and subscriptions are created and managed inside the Q-Expert application itself, not on this website. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
Paid Q-Expert plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices, billing cycles and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout before you subscribe. Q-Explorator's own license — outside of this promotion — is handled separately and is not billed through Stripe.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to bypass the licensing of either product. Don't use either product in a way that violates applicable law or infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend access for accounts that do.
Q-Explorator, Q-Expert, their code, design and the Q-Fábrica name and marks belong to Q-Fábrica. Using either product doesn't transfer ownership of any of that to you — you're licensed to use them under these terms, nothing more.
Our products are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Q-Fábrica is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, either product — including data loss or business interruption.
We may update these terms as the products evolve. Meaningful changes will update the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
